Do you offer personal tarot readings?

I do not offer personal tarot readings at this time, but please check out my YouTube channel “Sunflwr Spirit Tarot” for general readings. Readings are uploaded daily.

How long will it take for me to receive my custom order?

COMING SOON! - It can take up to 2 weeks. Custom tarot boxes are made on demand, which means they aren’t created until your order is placed and your payment clears. If you placed an order over two weeks (14 days) ago and you still haven’t received your order, please contact Lynnie directly at sunflwrspirittarott@gmail.com. Must include order number.

What is the shipping estimate?

Shipping estimates are based on the carrier and shipping selected at checkout. Local orders (OKC area/custom products) may be delivered within 1-2 days.

Choice and Consequence products are created using a print-on-demand business model. Once your order is placed it is created and fulfilled by a 3rd party. Your order should be fulfilled within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Why aren’t there any shipping options outside of the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

What’s the product info for tarot boxes?

COMING SOON - Boxes are 8x4x2 inches and fit standard and most tarot card decks. All boxes are hand painted and decorated by Lynnie. Materials used may include Decoden cream, acrylic paint and accessories, metal, wood and/or rubber charms.

How can I order a custom box and what can I customize?

COMING SOON! - To order a custom tarot box, please fill out the custom order request form on this page. If you don’t receive an email/text confirming the details of the order and pricing, the order was not received.

You can customize your tarot box by adding a name, word or short phrase (3-5 words), choosing a specific theme, and selecting a basic color palette. Custom orders start at $40 and increase based on your selections and the cost and availability of required materials. You will have to approve the design and submit payment before it will be created.

All custom orders are final!

Why aren’t returns and exchanges allowed for custom orders? What if I’m not happy with the product?

COMING SOON! - All tarot boxes are hand painted and designed by Lynnie. All selections are confirmed before your tarot box is created. If your tarot box arrives broken or damaged, please email sunflwrspirittarot@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Please include pictures and order number.
